Supply chain delays 'unavoidable' after P&O sackings

As a major provider of European overland trailer services, Davies Turner notes that the mass sacking of 800 employees by P&O Ferries will pile pressure on UK supply chains already strained by the consequences of the UK’s departure from the EU, and other issues affecting cross border trade.

Operations at P&O Ferries have been suspended, and the company confirmed there will be “significant disruption” across its services over “the next few days.”

There is a good article about that disruption on the Institute of Export and International Trade website, which can be read here:

Davies Turner is doing all it can to overcome any of the difficulties and disruption caused by this situation.
