The company has been built on the principles of fair trade & equal opportunity & growing fast. They came to Davies Turner so they could overcome seasonal demands & dispatch peaks. The challenge was to manage demands and peaks efficiently, whilst enabling company growth.
Working together with Nkuku we were able to forecast stock flows, recognise the demands & peaks and plan the necessary resources to ensure orders are sent out as soon as stock becomes available.
Our experienced team used information collected so we could plan & overcome the challenges that Nkuku faced. Meanwhile, planning & managing an effective system that increases work flow and shipping.
