Nkuku specialises in stylish, artisan gift & home furnishings. Their products range from the most delicate of glassware to a large handmade furniture. The company has been built on the principles of fair trade & equal opportunity & growing fast.

They came to Davies Turner so they could overcome seasonal demands & dispatch peaks. The challenge was to manage demands and peaks efficiently, whilst enabling company growth.

The Strategy

Working together with Nkuku we were able to forecast stock flows, recognise the demands & peaks and plan the necessary resources to ensure orders are sent out as soon as stock becomes available.
