Credit Control Administrator – The Role:

To support the credit control team in all administrative matters relating to the credit department

Credit Control Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

To manage the customer Masterfile ensuring its on-going accuracy and continued update through the following processes:

- Provide daily administrative support to the credit control team to include the management of disputes, annual credit limit reviews, Hub management of Unpaid Vat and Duty and the opening of new accounts
- The daily management of the un-coded file from origination to resolution 
- Maintain and update the accuracy of customer information to include company registration numbers, VAT numbers and email data
- Management of specific sales ledgers to include 52 ledger and external customer Unpaid Vat and Duty ledgers
- Support on a daily basis for the sales ledger team, to manage the cash matching and reconciliation process to include customer contact for key information 

Credit Control Administrator – You:

- Minimum of two years’ experience of office administration preferably within credit control or finance
- Being organised in nature and ability
- Being able to communicate effectively within a business environment to all levels of the organisation to include verbally by telephone and written by email and letter
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include excel data sheets and an appropriate level of numeracy
- The ability to analyse and use information to make business decisions
- Minimum GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English or equivalent
