Davies Turner has an exciting opportunity for a Part –time Internal Sale Co-Ordinator to join their Bristol team.

Job Title:              Internal Sales Co-Ordinator (office based) Part time
Hours of Work:  27.5 hours per week (9.30 – 3.00pm but can be flexible)
Location:              BS11 9LH.

For this Internal Sales Co-Ordinator position you will be part of the team covering the south West region, you will work closely with our key accounts and operational departments as well as our external sales teams.  If you have the essential experience below and feel this role could be for you, we want to hear from you:

Essential experience:

  • Experience of working in Freight Forwarding, ideally Ocean services.
  • Excellent computer skills - in particular Excel.
  • Experience in making outward sales calls.
  • Understating of KPI reporting.
  • A minimum of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
Role includes but it not limited to the following:
  • Sales phone calls to potential/current clients including cold calls.
  • Generating quotes in support of the operational and sales teams.
  • Liaising between sales and operational teams to support the completion of customer proposals and tenders.
  • Quote follow up and reporting.
  • Generating KPI reports for clients.
  • Generating internal reports.
  • Email marketing
