Davies Turner strategically implemented a customer service call centre to directly deal with queries of all manners, as well as handling online payments, managing e-bay accounts on behalf of the customer, stock control and processing returns. This service provides reassurance to our client that their customers are being cared for in an efficient manner with the highest customer care service levels.
 

As the customer service call centre is provided in-house, it allows us to work extremely closely with both end customers and Davies Turner staff to promptly solve and answer any issues that may arise. Collectively, we have the capability to directly handle all aspects of customer service for the entirety of our clients end customers.
