Davies Turner recognises excellence in freight journalism
For the second year in succession Davies Turner has helped the Seahorse Freight Association to recognise best in class journalism in the transport and logistics media.
Once again, we sponsored the Overland Transport Journalist category, which was won for the second year in succession by Greg Knowler from the Journal of Commerce (S&P Global).
Over 150 guests attended The Seahorse Journalist Awards, held annually in London on Monday.
Prizes were awarded in ten categories including maritime, air, overland, technology, multipurpose, and supply chain journalist of the year, as well as rising star, news, feature, and journalist of the year.
Davies Turner director Tony Cole presented the award to Greg Knowler. Tony says: "We believe that the media has an important role to play in informing those involved in the management of international trade and supply chains, and are pleased to support the awards by sponsoring a category that is very relevant to part of our overland trailer and rail freight operations."
