New safety and security requirements enter force today
From today (31 January 2025), any goods imported from the EU to Great Britain must be covered by a safety and security declaration (also known as ‘entry summary declarations’ or ‘ENS’).
Some goods have a waiver from the requirement to submit entry summary declarations. This includes qualifying Northern Ireland goods being imported into Great Britain.
