Davies Turner pledges not to engage in bribery or any form of unethical inducement or payment including facilitation payments. All employees are required to avoid any activities that might lead to, or suggest, a conflict of interest with the business of the company. Employees must declare and keep a record of hospitality or gifts accepted or offered, which will be subject to managerial review. We do not make any undisclosed direct or indirect contributions to political parties.

Environmental Policy

Davies Turner recognises that it has a duty to both protect and, wherever possible, enhance the environment through the good conduct of its operations. Gender Pay Gap Report

Under the UK Government’s Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, employers need to report their gender pay gap information for each legal entity that has more than 250 employees who are based in Great Britain.  Davies Turner & Co.
